Include the following along with the Forms

• Demand Draft of Rs.5000/- (FPSB India Student Registration Fee) drawn in favour of  - Financial Planning Standards Board India payable at Mumbai.
• Photocopy (attested by gazetted officer) of your 12th/ Graduation certificate/ marksheet with this form.
• Demand Draft of the relevant amount in favour of IMS Learning Resources Pvt Ltd, payable at Mumbai.
